Welcome to AETHER ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using our platform, services, digital assets, or creative software (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you must not access the Service.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Lemon Squeezy provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns regarding payments and related transactions. By initiating a purchase, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. All charges on your state will appear as "FS * LEMON SQUEEZY" or "FS * AETHER".
AETHER uses a standard shopping cart for digital fulfillment. You can add multiple digital assets to your cart and check out in a single transaction via Lemon Squeezy using standard Fiat currency (USD, etc.). Because we deliver the digital content directly upon checkout completion, there are no virtual currencies or internal wallets to manage.
AETHER provides digital assets including 4K Illustrations and Story Kit JSON Templates. You acknowledge that unless specifically marked with the "100% Handcrafted" badge, these assets are generated using advanced proprietary Artificial Intelligence models (such as ComfyUI pipelines) augmented by human curation.
COMMERCIAL USE LICENSE: Upon purchasing an asset via our checkout system, you are granted a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the image or JSON data for commercial purposes, including webnovels, games, and videos.
RESTRICTION: You may NOT resell, redistribute, or offer the unmodified raw assets as standalone stock or template entries on competing platforms.
Certain features of the AETHER IP Studio are offered on a recurring subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis (such as monthly). Your subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it via the User Details dashboard or Lemon Squeezy customer portal before the renewal date.
IN NO EVENT SHALL AETHER, NOR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (III) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
