Due to the inherent nature of downloadable digital content, digital assets (including but not limited to 4K Illustrations, Story Kit JSON Packs, Workflow Nodes, and exported canvases) are considered strictly non-returnable.
ALL SALES OF DIGITAL ASSETS AND UNLOCKED MEDIA ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED ONCE AN ASSET IS UNLOCKED.
Transactions processed via Lemon Squeezy for cart totals are final. Since all digital assets included in your cart are unlocked and provided immediately upon successful payment verification, you cannot dispute the charge simply because you changed your mind or no longer need the content.
If you are subscribed to any of AETHER's SaaS plans (e.g., Creator Pro), you may cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle.
If a technical error on our platform results in (1) Failure to unlock the purchased digital asset after a confirmed charge, or (2) A corrupted/empty JSON or image file upon unlocking, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
We will investigate server logs. If verified, we will manually apply the asset to your account or provide a replacement asset. We do not issue cash refunds back to the credit card unless the technical failure cannot be remedied.
