01 Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, make a purchase, or communicate with us. This includes:

• Profile Data: Name, email address, social login identifiers (Google Auth via Firebase).
• Transaction Data: Purchase history of assets and Story Kit Packs, order totals.
• Payment Information: Processed entirely by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

02 AI Training & RLHF Policy

To continually elevate the quality of our generated assets, AETHER employs Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF). By browsing the store, clicking on assets, or purchasing specific Story Kit Packs, you generate interaction metrics.

DATA ANALYTICS: We track which assets are popular and what aesthetic choices correlate with higher engagement. This data is strictly anonymized and aggregated. It is used exclusively to fine-tune our proprietary AI models and curation pipelines. Your personal identity is never attached to the visual dataset.

03 Third-Party Service Providers

We depend on trusted third parties to securely run our platform:

• Lemon Squeezy: For global secure payment processing and subscription management.
• Google Firebase: For secure authentication (OAuth), database storage (Firestore), and hosting infrastructure.

04 Your Rights & Data Deletion

Depending on your location (e.g., GDPR in the EU, CCPA in California), you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or permanent deletion of your personal data.

To execute a "Right to be Forgotten" request, please email our data protection officer. Please note that deleting your account will revoke access to your purchased Digital Library and all associated assets.
